Loom walkthrough coming for this lesson. The written version below is complete.

The program gets written once every 12–14 weeks. The nutrition plan only changes when it needs to. But the check-in happens every single week. This is our bread and butter. This is the job.

Think of it like game 7 of the NBA finals: the shoes are on and this is what you're here for. Every check-in is your grand final. It's your chance each week to change a client's life, keep them, and give them something to look forward to.

By the end of this module you should be able to:

  • Build a check-in form a client can fill out in under 3 minutes
  • Read a check-in like a person, not a spreadsheet
  • Judge visual progress honestly, without fluff
  • Deliver a reply that leaves the client feeling seen, clear and motivated
  • Show up with the professionalism the client is paying for

The principles behind this module: coaching is a dialogue, not a monologue (the check-in is the conversation), their reality is reality (read their week through their eyes, not yours) and practicality over perfection (make checking in so easy they never skip it).

One question sits under everything in this module. Before every reply, ask yourself:

"How do I want this person to feel after watching this?"
