Your client welcome video
Every coach delivers the client's first walkthrough of the app the same way, so every client gets the same warm, thorough, professional introduction, whoever their coach is.
▶ Watch the video walkthroughFollow the tabs in the order below, left to right across the client dashboard.
Before you start
Have the client's Q&A submission open and read it in full. Know their goals, injuries, allergies and preferences before you hit record.
Tab by tab
Steps 1–21
Q&A tab
Max 2 minOpen with a big, warm, smiley welcome. This is the client's first impression of you. Set the tone, sound excited, make them feel glad they signed up.
Acknowledge their Q&A and flag anything urgent (allergies, injuries, alarming preferences). Address these directly if present.
“Hey mate, I appreciate you giving me all of this detail here. You've given me more than enough to go ahead and write your nutrition and workout plan. Let's dive in.”
Direct them to the welcome module sent in the WhatsApp group (the first message in the chat) before going further. It teaches them how to use the app.
“Before I dive into the nuts and bolts, I need to remind you to go back and work through the welcome module Daniel sent in the WhatsApp chat. It's the first message. Follow the link and watch the videos so you're across how to use the app.”
2
Nutrition tab
Walk through each meal individually. Take as much time as needed per meal so the client understands it: what it is, how to prep it, portioning.
Cover the Nutrition Housekeeping notes at the bottom, point by point: weigh everything raw, use a digital scale, protein shakes made with water unless specified, spray oil not measured oil, vegetables steamed or roasted with no added oils, avoid pre-packaged sauces, log subs in the app, drinks are black coffee or zero-calorie only unless in the plan.
Confirm they've actually read it. Ask for a quick, distinctive confirmation in WhatsApp (e.g. an agreed emoji) so you know it's been read, not skimmed.
Invite questions. Let them know to reach out any time if something's unclear.

Welcome video: tabs 3 to 5
Tab by tab, continued
Steps 3–53
Supplements tab
Frame the standard stack as a starting point. These are the tried-and-tested essentials; more may be added later as the client progresses.
“This is a starting point for supplements. Along our journey we'll add more in, but for now these are the essentials I'd recommend because they're tried and tested.”
Offer optional context on creatine, pre-workout and protein. Share knowledge if asked, but make clear it's optional and not essential to start.
Invite questions.
4
Workout tab
Max 3 minTie the program back to their Q&A goals. Point out where their target muscle groups and focus areas show up in the split. Keep it factual, not salesy.
“I noticed in your Q&A you said you wanted to work on [muscle group / goal]. This program is tailored around that, and here's where you'll see it show up.”
Explain rest days. Don't train the same muscle group on consecutive days, but every session still needs to be completed. The client can reorganise which days they train to get everything done.
Briefly explain any intensifiers or drop sets (e.g. a straight set followed by a lighter drop set) so they understand why the weight changes between sets.
Point out that every exercise has a demo video, sets, reps and notes, and invite questions.
5
Calendar tab
Ask the client to log major life events (holidays, travel) as events in the app so sessions can be planned around them.
Explain this is where you can see completed cardio and workout sessions at a glance.

Welcome video: tabs 6 to 9
Tab by tab, continued
Steps 6–96
Daily Habits tab
Emphasise the morning body-weight rule: first thing in the morning, fasted, after the bathroom, before any food or water. Consistency keeps the data usable.
The single highest-leverage habit in the app. Clients who log it daily get the best results, because it doubles as a daily check-in that builds accountability.
Keep it brief. The point is emphasis, not a deep dive.
7
Log section
Max 30 secPoint out the four sub-sections: Nutrition, Workout, Cardio and Water, and confirm the client understands you can see everything they log here.
8
Water goal
Point out the water droplet icon in the top right of the dashboard.
State their personalised daily water goal as set in their plan (e.g. “[X] litres per day”).
9
Cardio
Point out the heart icon next to the water droplet. This is where you assign cardio.
Describe their cardio protocol: modality, duration and frequency, any target (heart rate zone, machine setting), plus the daily step goal.
“[Step goal] per day, plus [cardio type] x [duration / frequency], logged as cardio in the app.”
Confirm it should be logged as cardio in the app.

Welcome video: close & golden rules
Check-in day & close
Step 1010
Check-in day & close
Confirm the client's check-in day (set per client, e.g. “[check-in day]”).
Set the AM/PM standard. Encourage them to submit their check-in in the morning, or the evening before, for the best chance of same-day feedback. Afternoon check-ins are turned around same day where possible, but next day isn't guaranteed.
“If you'd like feedback the same day, submit your check-in in the morning, or the evening before. If it comes through in the afternoon, I'll do my best to get to it same day, but it may roll to the next day depending on workload.”
Close warm and open the door for questions.
“I'm excited to work with you. If you have any questions at all, just let me know.”
Golden rules for every coach
Rule
Why
Smile and bring energy from the first second
Sets the tone for the entire client relationship
Always move through the tabs left to right: Q&A → Nutrition → Supplements → Workout → Calendar → Daily Habits → Log → Water → Cardio
Consistent structure = consistent client experience across all coaches
Tie the workout program back to what the client said they wanted
Makes it feel personal, not templated
Confirm the client has read the nutrition housekeeping notes
Prevents avoidable mistakes later (eyeballing portions, wrong drinks)
Respect the time caps on the Q&A and Workout sections
Keeps the video focused and watchable. Don't over-explain
Always close by confirming the check-in day and the AM/PM feedback standard
Sets expectations early so there's no confusion down the line
