Module 2 told you who the client is and where they're starting from. This module turns that into numbers, a meal plan they can actually live on, and a map of where they're headed over the next year.
This isn't a nutrition science course. You'll get working starting points, but the real skill is the thinking behind them: what to set, what to leave alone, and when to add complexity (hint: later than you think).
By the end of this module you should be able to:
- Set starting calories and macros in minutes, then let the data correct you
- Turn those numbers into a simple meal plan that fits the client's life
- Know when to introduce high and low days, and how to do it without the client noticing much
- Pick the right first phase, and explain why we get people lean before building
- Map a client's year so every phase change feels planned, not random
The setup principles, straight from Modules 1 and 2:
- Start simple. Complexity is the killer at the start of a program.
- Meet them in the middle. Not too different from what they already eat, not exactly the same.
- Leave room to move. Start with more wiggle room than you need.
- If it's working, don't touch it.
The principles behind this module: practicality over perfection (a meal plan they'll run on a Tuesday beats a perfect one they won't) and their reality is reality (build the plan around their kitchen, their family table and their schedule, not yours).
